BOOKING TERMS

These Booking Terms explain how studio bookings at KCX Studios Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) work in practice. They apply to all clients who enquire, book, or attend sessions at KCX Studios.

By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Booking Terms, alongside our Terms & Conditions, Studio Terms, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Making a Booking

Studio sessions can be booked via:

  • Our website

  • Direct email communication

  • WhatsApp or approved booking channels

  • Invoiced bookings

A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and acknowledged.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

2. Lead Time & Availability

Bookings must be made with sufficient notice, subject to availability.

Same-day or short-notice bookings are not guaranteed and may be declined.

We recommend booking in advance to secure preferred dates and times.

3. Payments & Confirmation

Bookings may require:

  • Full payment in advance, or

  • A non-refundable deposit

Once payment is received:

  • Your session time is reserved exclusively for you

  • Confirmation will be sent via email or message

Failure to complete payment may result in the booking being released.

4. Session Duration & Timekeeping

Sessions are booked in fixed time slots.

Please note:

  • Sessions start and end at the scheduled time

  • Setup, breaks, and pack-down are included within your booked time

  • Late arrival does not extend the session end time

Overruns are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges if accommodated.

5. Attendees & Guests

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Bookings are for the named client only

  • Any additional attendees must be disclosed in advance

You are responsible for:

  • The behaviour of all guests

  • Ensuring guests follow studio rules

  • Any damage caused by guests

We reserve the right to limit numbers or refuse entry.

6. Age Restrictions

Clients under the age of 18 must:

  • Be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or

  • Have prior written consent where applicable

We may request proof of age or consent.

7. Cancellations & Changes

All cancellations, reschedules, or changes are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Notice must be provided via approved communication channels.

8. Studio Conduct & Safety

Clients must:

  • Follow all studio rules and staff instructions

  • Treat equipment, staff, and other clients with respect

  • Refrain from aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour

We reserve the right to end sessions immediately if conduct standards are breached. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. Recording, Streaming & Content

Studio sessions may be:

  • Recorded

  • Photographed

  • Filmed

  • Livestreamed

This is governed by our Studio Content Notice.

By attending a session, you acknowledge and accept this.

10. Equipment & Liability

While we take care to maintain our equipment:

  • Use of studio equipment is at your own risk

  • You are responsible for any damage caused intentionally or negligently

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings

  • Technical issues beyond reasonable control

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse bookings

  • Cancel sessions

  • Decline future bookings

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Repeated late cancellations

  • Non-payment

  • Abuse of staff or facilities

  • Breach of policies
