KCX Studios operates CCTV inside and outside the premises for the purposes of:

CCTV cameras are located in studio areas, recording spaces, entrances, and communal areas.
Access to CCTV footage is strictly limited to authorised personnel only.
CCTV footage is retained for a maximum of 8 days, based on the storage capacity of our systems, unless:
An incident, dispute, or insurance matter requires footage to be retained for longer; or
We are required to retain footage by law or for legal proceedings
Where footage is retained beyond the standard retention period, it will be securely stored and deleted once no longer required.
